<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Come check out the comparisons of these two great satellite companies. There are many benefits and features that each have. Look them over thouroughly, then ditch the cable television. It's just like when the cassette tape was finally outdated by the cd, and the vhs was over thrown by the dvd. Look out cable, dish network and directv are here to stay!</div>

<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">"Well we have another year under our belt and what a year it was. During 2004 we saw the popularity of DIRECTV DVR with TiVo take off, we saw HDTV start to peak the interests of consumers and we have seen DIRECWAY Satellite Internet really perfect it's technology. All of these things have lead to the best year... We surpassed our most optimistic projections. For that... we have our customers, vendors and employees to thank!"<br/>
<p/>
<br/>One big focus for us in 2004 was to focus on customer service. At the end of 2003, we had a 96% customer satisfaction success rate. Our goal was to build on that and get as close to 100% as we would. We added terrific employees to help us accomplish this task and today we sit at a 98% customer satisfaction rate. While many may think that 98% is a great ratio, I am still not satisfied with this result. We will continue to focus on this initiative in 2005.</div>

<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">You know it seems that at least once a week I am receiving offers for either Dish Network or Direct TV in the mail. It appears that the market is turning more and more toward these options than cable. I think I am going to mail out some fliers as well, and see how well they respond to the offers. Who wants cable anymore when the deals for Dish and DirecTV are just getting better and better. They even give away free stuff for the installations! Hey it's easy to sign up.
